SHIPPING & RETURNS
Hire Media is an Authorized OLLO Reseller based in The United States. We ship to customers worldwide. Please note that your country may require you to pay import duties to receive your package. Any import duties are the responsibility of the customer. If you are required to pay import duties, and fail to do so, you will not be issued a refund for your purchase even if the product is returned to Hire Media. Instead, the money paid for the product will be used to pay the import duties that were applied to the package, and to pay for the cost of exporting from your country back to the United States. It is your responsibility to know the import fees for your country, and it is your responsibility to pay those fees.
If we have OLLO's in stock, your package will originate from The United States. If we do not have OLLO's in stock, your shipment will come directly from OLLO's headquarters in Slovenia. In either case, express shipping will be purchased for your order at no cost to you.
Refund / Return Policy
As referenced above, any international packages with import duties due are the responsibility of the purchaser. If you do not pay the import duties, and we have to pay to ship your package back to Hire Media, you forfeit your refund for the purchase. Instead, those funds will be applied to the cost of exporting from your country and making whole any overdue import fees that were accrued.
All purchases are shipped with tracking information so we can ensure that our packages make it to our customers. If within 30 days of our notification that you’ve received your package you find for any reason that you would like to return your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, you may do so.
Returned products must be undamaged, include any accessories and packaging, and must include tracking info to receive a full refund of the purchase price. Any cosmetic or functional damage will be taken into account when evaluating the return, and will negatively impact your refund amount. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and will vary depending on your country of origin.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels. Please note that standard insurance on packages may not cover the cost of your package if lost or damaged by the carrier, so you may choose to buy increased insurance coverage at your expense.
To initiate a return please contact us at . Notification must occur within 30 days of receiving your product, at which time you will be provided with current shipping information. From that time, you will have 5 business days to provide tracking information for your return. If we do not receive tracking information from you, and we do not receive your package, we have no way of proving that you sent it and will be unable to process a refund. Likewise, if you do not obtain tracking information, you have no way of proving that the return was delivered to us. For transparency, and to protect all involved, tracking info is required for all returns.
